The Ground Screw Centre is committed to reliable and proven load testing methods to evaluate the structural performance of our Ground Screws. Our approach involves conducting compression, tension, and horizontal load tests to verify and quantify the load capacity of the installed Ground Screws with in it's environment.
Given the significant variations in ground conditions across different sites, a site-specific load test is the most accurate method for assessing the performance of a Ground Screw in its installed environment. With over 15 years of experience, our dedicated team has been conducting load tests whilst ensuring precise evaluations of Ground Screw performance.
Our testing methodology converts real life shaft skin friction, clamping pressure, positively interlocking helix’s and end-load bearing of ground screws into quantified and reliable data for verifying our solution in accordance with the design requirements.
