How long does delivery take?
We aim to have all orders delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders are shipped with DPD and can be tracked online. Larger orders may be shipped by pallet. Delivery costs and times will be calculated at the checkout. Those in remote areas may have to wait longer for delivery but our team will discuss your requirements with you.
How many ground screws do I need?

Do you have a minimum order number?
No, there is no minimum order number. In fact, we offer a Ground Screw trial kit that includes a single ground screw and installation tool so you can try before you buy. If you decide that ground screws aren’t right for your project, simply return the Ground Screw and tool for a full refund.
Are ground screws suitable for all ground types?
You can use Ground Screws in most ground types but please contact us if you are unsure. For sloping ground, you can use our self-install range to overcome slopes up to 300mm. If you have a greater slope to overcome, we can offer a professional installation service with our commercial range.
